1. What this Policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Mentortain S.R.L. (“Twelve”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Twelve website and, in the mobile application, the equivalent technologies — SDKs, local storage and device identifiers. It applies together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is processed more broadly. It is provided under Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector and the GDPR.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website. In an app, the same jobs are done by software development kits (SDKs), local storage and device identifiers. Some are essential for the service to function; others help us understand usage or remember preferences, and those are used only with your consent.
3. The categories we use

No advertising cookies. Twelve does not serve third-party advertising and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The current, complete list of the specific technologies and providers in use is always available in the consent settings (in-app: Settings → Privacy; on the website: the cookie banner’s “Manage preferences”), which is updated whenever a provider changes.
4. Third parties
Payment pages and checkout use technologies from Stripe (and purchases inside the app are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms); these partners act as independent controllers for their own fraud-prevention and compliance processing, described in their own privacy policies. Analytics and crash-reporting providers process data for us under data-processing agreements.
5. Managing your choices
On the website, the cookie banner lets you accept, refuse or customise non-essential cookies before any are set, and you can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link. In the app, the same controls are in Settings → Privacy. You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings and reset your device advertising identifier from your device settings; blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of the service from working. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect prior processing.
6. Changes and contact
